Dr. Prisca Onianwa is a skilled and certified Clinical Optometrist with several years’ experience in Clinical Optometry Practice.

She demonstrates skills in the holistic medical eye care profession with experience in the prevention, treatment and correction of primary eye care with interest in Pre- and Post-surgical Management of certain eye diseases such as cataract, Pterygium and Glaucoma and an added interest in Contact lens.

She possesses demonstrable skills in basic Ophthalmology diagnostic and therapeutic health emergencies such as Superficial Foreign body removal, Ocular Chemical Injuries and Ocular Trauma.

She is a Public health enthusiast with a bias in Epidemiology, and a seasoned researcher with her articles published in ARC journal and Researchgate. She is a member of the Optometrist and Dispensing Opticians Registration Board of Nigeria (ODORBN) and the Nigerian Optometric Association (NOA)
